Sugar free jello mix. Unflavored gelatin, and Boiling hot water.

How to make Keto gummies?

This sugar-free keto gummies bears recipe is simple to make. Prepare the ingredients to make keto gummy bears first, and the difficult part is waiting for the gummies to set.

Step 1: prepare the gummy mix

To begin, combine the gelatin and jello mix thoroughly in a sizable mixing dish. Once the jello mix/gelatin has dissolved, add the hot water and stir vigorously. Give the mixture about ten minutes to cool.

Step 2: Pipe into moulds

The gummy bear mixture should now be dropped into the gummy moulds using a liquid dropper (pipette). Repeat the process until all the moulds are filled, if you’re using multiple flavours.

Step 3: Let the gummies set

Finally, chill the filled candy moulds for 30 to 40 minutes to harden them up. Take the gummies out of the candy moulds once they have hardened and enjoy.

The best sugar-free gummy making tips

For simple transfer and removal of the gummy candy from the refrigerator, place all of your filled candy moulds onto a baking sheet.

If you want to create gummy worms, pour the mixture into a loaf pan and, once it has hardened, slice the “worms” into long, thin pieces with a pizza cutter.

Add 1-2 teaspoons of a sugar-free powdered drink mixture, such as Koolaid, to make sour gummy worms.

It’s a race against time to fill the moulds since the sticky liquid will start to gel as soon as it’s cooked. While using it, wash the pipette: Between batches, you must flush the eyedropper with hot water because the candy liquid will quickly gel there. If you manufacture multiple flavours, that will also prevent your colours from becoming polluted.

Trouble with bubbles? Reverse the pipette’s operation and suck the bubbles up to get rid of them. Moulds on the top shelf should be cleaned with extremely hot water. The candy that has gelled will dissolve this way.

How to store  keto gummies?

Despite being gummy candies, these should be kept in a sealed container in the refrigerator. They can last up to a month without any issues. The gummies can be frozen for up to 6 months by placing them in a shallow container or ziplock bag.

Conclusion

Although sugar-free gummy bears are widely available in grocery stores and online, preparing your own is far simpler.

They contain neither sugar nor carbohydrates, just like my homemade hard candy and marshmallows.
